Founded by Amy Romanow, Ashley Bearden, and Miriam Arkin, the team brings decades of cross-industry experience at the highest levels. We led content for Obama, Biden, and Harris, building the first nationwide “real people and stories” operation in political history and producing the highest-performing content of the last three election cycles.

Our work includes shaping Emmy-winning series and producing feature and documentary films for HBO, CNN, Amazon, Netflix, and Vox Media. We've created impact-driven campaigns and sponsored content for Nike, Google, SeatGeek, L’Oréal, H&M, MGM, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

MIRIAM ARKIN 

Miriam is a producer with over a decade of experience at the intersection of documentary and feature films, commercial storytelling, and political campaigns. She is hopelessly devoted to women’s sports, an enthusiastic cook, and fluent in three languages. She’s got an eye for the unusual and a very healthy appetite for logistics.

ASHLEY BEARDEN

Ashley is a producer, director, and chaos coordinator with 20 years experience in scripted film, tv and documentary projects. She somehow turned her obsessions with travel, food, and (often) politics into a job that lets her chase stories around the world. She lives in France with her dog Margaux, who runs the show.

Amy is a nationally recognized leader in creative storytelling. She’s passionate about applying lessons from politics to traditional brands & marketing, and vice versa. She lives in Brooklyn, is a true connoisseur of reality TV and snacks, and is currently a reigning Fantasy Football champ.
